Hi, I'm Andrea Butler,
A Seattle based digital painter and illustrator! My work has been used as murals in Walmarts across the nation, coloring book pages via a coloring book app called "Pigment", packaging designs, and home decor.
As an artist, I draw my inspiration from nature, and my work often features nature elements such as animals, landscapes, flowers ect. Using inspiration from nature, I have two distinct style : painterly and illustrative. My foundation as an artist is rooted in painting and have continued to use this style mostly in my murals and commissioned work. My illustrated works are characterized by bold colors and flowy line work with rounded shapes that fits perfectly in the children's market.
Projects that I continue to pursue are public works through murals and city commissioned projects along with opportunities in the children's industry through licensed and editorial work.
